Strategy Session (paid, $1k)
This is a 90 minute session that dives into where you want your organization to be, what's working, what's not, and to define the path to get you there.
I recommend that you start with the Quick Take before scheduling this to ensure that I'm the right person to help you.
Advisory (paid, $2k to $30k)
This is a monthly service where I support your organization's digital transformation as an on-call advisor, and at the highest tier, to build solutions alongside your team.
Intensives (paid, $3k to $60k)
These are dedicated blocks of time in half day, full day, or full week increments to focus deeply on discovering, designing, and developing your organization's transformation. Advisory clients receive discounts based on tier and session type.
