Building and integrating with Salesforce to achieve next-level results for your organization.

Let’s transform your business

If you’re answering yes to the questions below, keep scrolling.

Are you…

Wanting to improve existing business processes?

Needing to connect your systems to improve efficiency?

Trying to increase your team’s effectiveness?

Do you…

Wish you could deliver in less than 4 months?

Need to maximize what you have to be more impactful?

Want to unlock your team to tackle more important problems?

Here’s how we do it

The secret sauce is common sense.

Step 1
Alignment Evaluation

We confirm there is a mutual fit.

An Alignment Evaluation costs nothing.

A thirty minute meeting to meet one another, review your objectives and discuss the challenge your organization is facing, and decide whether there is a mutual fit to move forward.

The intent is for us to understand enough details about the topic to determine a next step, and to see if we “mesh” and “gel” as a team.

By the end of our meeting, we will decide whether to move to a Solution Study.

My goal is to ensure that you are successful, so we’ll either continue progressing or I will refer you to others that can help if I am not a fit.

Step 2
Solution Study

We define and unpack the problem.

A Solution Study is less than $5,000.

A week-long intensive to collaboratively define and understand the factors that influence the potential project, including the objectives, stakeholders, incentives, metrics, opportunities, threats, and constraints imposed by people, processes, and systems.

Over the course of three meetings, we collect details, filter what is achievable, and distill a few solutions. Your team commits up to six hours for those meetings and three hours for async review.

During the final meeting, you will have two to three options for a Transformation Project for us to solve the problem you’re facing.

Step 3
Transformation Project

We deliver change on time, on budget.

A Transformation Project is less than $100k.

A fixed timeline and fixed price project to solve the problem that we defined during the Solution Study. Your team’s involvement and what is delivered varies largely based on the scope.

A typical timeline is 8 to 13 weeks, and ideally does not exceed 20 weeks to ensure that your team is committed appropriately throughout. We meet at least weekly to review progress and ensure that we’re on track to achieve our goals.

By the end of the Transformation Project, your organization has the processes and systems to solve the problem with digital transformation!

Together, we’ll change your organization

Real-world, hands-on experience matters.

Meet Roger, digital transformation expert

I am a lifelong consultant who enjoys solving problems at the intersection of people, process, and technology. Since 2010, I have advised and delivered for organizations ranging from pre-revenue startups to large public companies that are household names with operations across five continents.

My work has involved managing and executing projects to deliver digital transformations with annual budgets for CRM into the tens of millions of dollars. The role that I play bridges the gap between functional and technical, meaning that I collect requirements, design features, and document solutions, and also deliver functionality, build integrations, and create custom UIs.

You might have questions…

Here are the ones that I hear most often.

  • Roger. I do not subcontract nor have employees. If we need someone else to be involved based on the problem that we are solving, we will discuss that as part of the Solution Study and ensure that we involve them in the project.

  • A majority of the work will be done remotely, with a mix of virtual facetime and async review of materials. There are meaningful interactions that cannot be replaced in a virtual environment, and those will be defined for each project ahead of time; for those interactions, I will join your team onsite at your workplace.

  • Consistent engagement from start to finish. Mutually, the expectations are that we commit to and hold each other accountable for reviewing and producing deliverables, and are open to having difficult conversations around the “how” and “why” your organization operates.

  • Practically all organizations face a similar set of challenges, regardless of what your revenue source is and how you service that revenue. The experience that I have gained by working across a variety of industries and solving a plethora of problems over the past decade, along with persistent reading and lifelong learning outside of work, allows me to learn how your organization operates and where we need to focus to improve it.

  • Here are some of the many areas where I have designed business processes and delivered technology solutions: custom CPQ; quote-to-cash with document generation and online payments; revenue attribution and commission plans; customer service across email, chat, and phone; built mobile apps for Android and iOS integrated with customer experiences; buy-side and sell-side deal management; fundraising and investor relations applications; template-based and fully custom Experience Cloud sites; core banking system integrations for account origination and servicing, balance and transaction syncing, and householding; fundraising and grants management (both seeking and making); project and program management; travel and expense management; inventory management; batch planning for manufacturing; integrations with a variety of cloud and on-premises systems; data warehousing, retention, and archival policies; lead scoring with machine learning; integration with foundation and fine-tuning generative AI models.

  • No, there are providers that are a better fit for you to work with to implement process and technology changes that you have already fully designed.

If your stakeholders have fully signed off and have buy-in for a work plan with defined changes and understand the impact of those for your organization, I can make an introduction within my network to an organization or person that can help you with implementation.

However, you may wish to look at my Advisory offering to ensure you have an independent architect riding along with you.

  • Independence. Partnership programs with vendors or industry groups have a propensity for bias and misaligned incentives. I do not and will not participate in partnership programs, as I do not want any perception of bias in my recommendations to use specific vendors as part of solving problems for your organization.

  • No, although I appreciate that you are interested in hiring me for a full-time role. I operate best as a consultant to your organization, as it allows me to provide unbiased advice and continue to accrue experience and insights from other domains that may benefit your organization.
